It's been said before, and it's worth repeating. Lilian Garcia is one of the most underrated hosts of the current podcast generation. When she's not giving talent a mother-like shoulder to cry on, she's pulling candid comments and insight from them that makes her pod well worth tuning into.

On the latest episode, Victoria stopped by to open up about why she traded WWE for TNA in 2009. It turns out her decision had nothing to do with money (she earned less than half her WWE wage in TNA) and everything to do with proving to herself that wrestling good matches came first. Fans also had a part to play in the decision.

Their reactions to her final few WWE performances took a mental toll. Victoria said it hurt to hear fans ask why she was a jobber now, and even more so 'cause she knew she was powerless to do anything about her on screen fate. When she watched the women's scene over in TNA, Victoria knew working there would be cathartic even if her bank balance took a hit.

Wrestling mattered to Victoria.
