Alexa Bliss has been candid before about her health problems and a struggle with anorexia which nearly killed her. Following that eating disorder, Bliss promised herself that she'd fight hard to stay out of trouble from that point on. That's precisely why she doesn't read negative comments posted by fans on Twitter, YouTube or anywhere else.

Appearing on Lilian Garcia's Chasing Glory podcast, Alexa nobly said that people were entitled to their opinions. Recognising that the internet is a hot bed of keyboard warrior comments, the Raw star said she just chooses not to engage when fans are insulting or critical. If she did, Bliss believes she would slip into bad habits again.

There's more. Alexa has been told by doctors that her slight frame probably wouldn't survive another bout of anorexia or any eating disorder generally. Therefore, it's imperative to her health that Bliss maintains a healthy state of mind.
