3. Divas On NXT Having More Experience?

From @symteke: Are the Divas on NXT getting more praise because they are being recruited with emphasis on having wrestling talent now?

Yes, that's definitely a part of it. The addition of some women that have a wrestling background has certainly helped NXT although there's still a mix between the talent in developmental because some of them have little to no experience. Women like Paige, Emma, Sasha Banks, Bayley and Becky Lynch all had experience. Then there are the likes of Alexa Bliss and Dana Brooke that really had no experience in wrestling, but have the physical traits that WWE loves. Charlotte is pretty rare because she had no experience wrestling, but within a couple of years she has proven to be outstanding. Being a natural athlete helps. Having Ric Flair as your dad certainly can go a long way in terms of learning the business as well. It is smarter to recruit women that have a background in wrestling because then they need less of the in-ring training and just have to work on developing their characters. WWE will still look to hire models too. That's why they're having another Diva Search too.
