From @SlipSlipSlippy: Will Wade Barrett ever win the World Title?
Honestly I thought he would have won it by now. I can remember writing back in 2011 that he was going to win the Money in the Bank briefcase or one of the two World Titles. In 2010 he was main eventing PPVs by the end of the year, so I figured WWE would keep pushing him. Nope. While it's fair to say that Barrett has had some untimely injuries, it's also a case of WWE starting and stopping his pushes a number of times. He went from main eventing PPVs with the likes of John Cena and Randy Orton to being in IC Title feuds for several years. At this point it doesn't seem like he's going to get a WWE Title push any time soon. Will he "ever" win? Maybe. It's tough to say. At this point the answer is a no because he's got a long way to go. Plus, it's harder with only one major title.
