7. Will WWE Fully Utilize Sasha Banks' Talents?

@TravisHill25 understandably wants to know why Sasha Banks isn't queen of the wrestling world yet, after her amazing, year-defining feud with Bayley in NXT. The Boss is probably the best in-ring performer in the current divas division, and although her promos may be a little sloppy, she's certainly got a sense of charisma and presence deserving of a more prominent position on the roster. Unfortunately, the possibility of Banks reaching her full potential doesn't lie entirely in the hands of Sasha herself - she'd probably be taking the world by storm right now, such is her ability. Instead, WWE's attitude towards women's wrestling is the key. Should they follow NXT's lead, putting women on an even platform to male wrestlers, with just as much investment in building characters and storylines, Sasha should naturally become the figurehead (alongside Bayley). However, WWE's previous record at emulating NXT's success isn't great. Just look at Tyler Breeze, a perennial title contender in developmental, who now finds himself one of the most stale figures on the main roster despite debuting mere months ago. It's a tough call, but if Sasha can stick around long enough for WWE to bring their women's division up to scratch, she could well become a star. Just how long that will take is another matter entirely...
