10 WWE Questions You Most Want Answered (May 4)

Is Triple H's support of Floyd Mayweather something WWE fans should be concerned about?

Extreme Rules is over and now the road to WWE Payback is here. We already know the main event of the May 17 PPV is going to be Seth Rollins defending the WWE Title against Randy Orton and Roman Reigns while John Cena will have one more match with Rusev, which will be an I Quit match. Those matchups aren't that fresh or new, but that's how WWE is these days. The product just isn't that exciting right now.

It's not necessarily a talent problem. There are so many talented performers in WWE on both the main roster and NXT. The problem, most of the time, revolves around the creative team. They just don't do a very good job of putting together storylines that are exciting or worth going out of your way to see. It's the same basic stuff all the time.

We also saw the WWE King of the Ring tournament last week, which sprung up out of nowhere. WWE didn't advertise it prior to last Sunday, then did quarterfinals on Monday the semifinals as well as the finals on a Tuesday WWE Network special. Bad News Barrett was the winner of King of the Ring, so hopefully WWE capitalizes on that momentum for him and gives him a bigger push going forward. He deserves it.

Here is this week's question and answer session based on questions you sent me on Twitter @johnreport while I do my best to give you my opinion on whatever the topic is. Let's get to it.
