8. If A Face Is Being Booed, Can You Change That Without Turning Them Heel?

This is a very interesting question as, throughout WWE history, booed babyfaces have historically won favour by turning heel - The Rock circa 1998 being the prime example.

Even today, when a face is struggling to get over, our initial suggestion is to turn them heel. I just suggested that Dean Ambrose should (although I genuinely do think that's the best solution).

I think the key reason is that it's hard to drastically change somebody's persona without a turn. Only John Cena seems to have risen above (as he so often does) the criticism through sheer longevity (and his current willingness to put people over) without deviating from his good guy act.
