Reaching to the top of WWE is no easy task.

Between backstage politics, hectic schedule, and media appearances, along with their actual in-ring duties and on-camera work, WWE talent often have to think outside the box to make themselves stand out amongst the herd, doing what they can to win Vince McMahon's favour.

Some do it with political string-pulling, or even marrying the boss' daughter. Others, like Chad Gable, stick it out through sheer determination and grit. To go out there each week, and have to perform under the guise of Shorty G and not give up takes a certain kind of man. Yet here he is in 2020: an 'Alpha' once more, teaming with Otis.

In a year that most would regard as one of the worst to have gone down in recent memory, these performers found a way to carve out their niche for a now all-too-real surreal wreslting environment. Not only have they adapted to not having a live audience and the according adjustments needed to be made in light of such events, but somehow these individuals found a way to reignite their careers and set the world of professional wrestling on fire.

Here they are, living their best lives....

10. Alexa Bliss

Alexa Bliss made a brief return to active in-ring competition at Royal Rumble 2019. This run would be short-lived, and Alexa was relegated to hosting a kayfabe talk show designed to help further the angle of whatever talent happened to be engaged in the highest drawing and most alluring feud at the time.

On an episode of SmackDown as Bliss lay prone in the ring, the lights went out. As the Thunderdome effervesced with red, Alexa Bliss was introduced to an unfamiliar face: 'The Fiend'.

To the shock of both fans in attendance and viewers at home alike, over the weeks to come, there would be a change seen in 'Little Miss Bliss'. The Fiend's glowing red essence was seen by Alexa Bliss through rose-coloured glasses.

Whether it's in their Firefly Fun House segments on Raw or as an in-ring pairing, it seems as though Bliss can hardly contain her giddiness, as she revels in knowing that, "he," is here, and she's not afraid to make her instructions clear as her ear-to-ear grin turns to a grimace and she utters not a friendly request, but a demonic demand.

Let him in.

What’s up fellow Pro-Wrestling FANADDICTS, (and yes, I’m a aware that is not the correct way to spell “fanatics,” but I thought since this was my introduction I’d ease everyone into my sarcastic sense of humor before just jumping off the proverbial high-dive.) ANYWHO, I have been OBSESSED, and not just because I legitimately was diagnosed at 8 years old with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, with Pro-Wrestling. It is BAR-NONE, my biggest passion in life. If I didn’t have to pay bills, I’d do it for free! (Work in the industry in any capacity).
