Randy Orton is a man who wasted no time in making a name for himself at SummerSlam. In 2004just his second ever SummerSlam appearancethe Viper became the youngest ever World Heavyweight Champion at the age of just 24. And remember that this was back when the big gold belt was the most prestigious strap in the company. To put it on Orton was a huge honour and symbol of recognition. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HJfOwB82nlA Add to that a pair of classic championship feuds with John Cena in 2009 and Christian in 2011, his dastardly Money in the Bank cash-in at last years eventand the small matter of a victory over the Undertaker in 2005and Orton will be remembered as one of the most successful superstars in SummerSlam history. Despite all that success though, Orton wasnt necessarily the man to steal the show at the summer spectacle. Sure, he regularly made a striking impact, but he could rarely consider himself the standout performer of the entire night. For that reason, the third-generation superstar will have to settle for tenth place on this list.
