Raising Cody Rhodes' arm and showing ultimate respect to his rival at SummerSlam dropped hints that Brock Lesnar will play babyface when he returns. His comeback will get a meaty pop from the live crowd lucky enough to be there for it, that's for sure. When will that be? Nobody can pinpoint it.

There's no way Brock is sitting back home in Canada pondering missing WrestleMania season though. He'll know there's money in a few matches between Royal Rumble and the big weekender itself, so fans should expect Lesnar to show up at any point before WWE reaches Philadelphia for 'Mania's 40th iteration.

It's almost guaranteed.

This stretch off TV has been longer than some expected. Brock had been working a lot more PLE dates in 2023, and even went on an impressive run of them vs. Bobby Lashley, Omos and Cody before going home to rest up. He's the kind of mega-star who will always feel like a big miss when he's off.
