10 WWE Wrestlers That Changed Everything

6. Chyna

The Undertaker
WWE Network

The legacy that Chyna left on the industry has been a sordid occurrence, as the heights of her career are not what she is best known for. Sadly after leaving the company, this star would have quite a troublesome time, and for years seemed destined to be ignored by the business that made her a star. After her tragic death in 2016, she was finally placed into the Hall of Fame.

Let's practice some artistic autonomy here, however, and focus on the impact of her time with the then WWF, because the presence that she had cannot be understated.

There are many things that the incredible athlete brought to the table. Firstly she proved that women could have a far more integral place in the business than what we had already seen. Chyna also showed that cross over between male and female wrestlers could work, even winning the Intercontinental Title and competing in the Royal Rumble. She also made it possible for women to use power moves and finishers, ultimately opening the door for a far better state of women's wrestling.

It is a shame that the relationship between her and the company became so fractured, as she really did have a profoundly influential impact and changed not just the women's division but wrestling itself.
