10 WWE Wrestlers With The Triple H STINK

6. Austin Theory

Though not tainted with the stink of a bad Triple H run so much as one from the promotion making too many mistakes and the performer not really being strong enough to power out from them, Austin Theory's time in WWE looks doomed even if it gets better.

That's the thing - it has gotten better in 2023, but even things taking a turn for the positive still relies on heavy caveats and circumstances that will most likely work against him in the long term. After a failed Money In The Bank cash-in on the United States Championship in 2022, Theory won the belt anyway but couldn't compare to Intercontinental equivalent Gunther by any measure.

Rock bottom was a WrestleMania 39 "victory" over John Cena, where 'The Champ' buried his progression in the build, couldn't have looked less bothered by his assignment, and backed up his original and bruising comments after they'd wrestled.

He's found safety in a tag team with Grayson Waller, but the former NXT star was already being considered a stronger all-round version of Theory before he got the call to link up with him on SmackDown. That doesn't bode well for when they inevitably split, but then nor does the separation general such is his current position.
