11 Things We Learned From Becky Lynch On Talk Is Jericho

The Lass Kicker on NXT, quitting wrestling, studying kickboxing in Thaliand and becoming an actual clown.

Becky Lynch is one talented athlete. Easily the most under-rated of the celebrated Four Horsewomen, Lynch may not be as popular as Sasha, be as prominently booked as Charlotte or currently be the focus of an entire promotion's division like Bayley, but she's easily as gifted as her other three colleagues. The Lass Kicker from Dublin, Ireland is poised for big things. WWE currently has two Irish champions in NXT champion - and Becky's trainer - Finn Balor and WWE World Heavyweight titlist Sheamus. Perhaps a trifecta isn't too far off? Lynch sat down with Chris Jericho to talk about how she got started in the business, her crazy and adventurous life outside of it and her goals for the future. It's a great interview so read along and find out 11 things we learned from Becky Lynch on Talk Is Jericho.

11. Touring Mexico

The interview opens up with Jericho revealing that they're currently in Mexico together, then he comments on their shared love of puns and encourages Becky to use as many as she can throughout the course of the podcast. Lynch admits that this is her first trip to "Bexico" (that's one) and says it's one of the places she's always wanted to go. She got an offer to come work there when she was nineteen, but despite the fact that she'd already been to Japan she was too intimidated and apprehensive to make the trip. She says that the opportunity to be there now, touring with WWE alongside the likes of Jericho, Undertaker and the rest of the big names is mindboggling for a blue collar girl from Dublin, Ireland.
