11 Things We Learned From Breezango On Talk Is Jericho

1. Standing Ovation In Gorilla

Wrapping up the podcast on a high note, Breeze and Fandango recounted the fallout from their SmackDown Tag Team Championship match with the Usos at Backlash. That’s the same tag title bout that saw Breeze dress up as a grandma and nail Jey Uso with a Bronco Buster.

It sounds like a recipe for disaster, and Breezango themselves admit to thinking they were being ribbed when they were informed of the plan for the match. Rather than your usual pay-per-view quality title match, this was going to be, in Vince’s words, an “entertainment match.”

The Usos even asked how the idea would work out, and how exactly they'd expect the match to have any heat, to which Vince simply responded, “what if there is no heat?”

Somehow, Vince’s plan came good, and while it wasn’t necessarily everyone’s cup of tea, Breezango did end the night by heading back through the curtain to a standing ovation from the guys in the Gorilla position.

As far as seals of approvals go, they don’t get much better than that.
