3. Finn Balor Oozes Charisma

Even when he's on fairly restrained form, the Irishman is a joy to watch. He easily oozes charm, whether he's casually leaning on the ropes watching a tag partner get down to business, or he's spreading his arms to soak in adulation in his entrance.

Balor has the feel of a big fish waiting to move up (that much doesn't really need to be reiterated), and even if there has to be some fear that he might get lost in the mix (or his charm won't be taken advantage of in the bigger pond) he deserves it on how over he is.

He's also remarkably entertaining to watch in the ring: he has the air of a local hero or a People's champion, and while you have to admire ambition to move on, it would be awful if any of that was lost up with the big boys.
