1. The Rock Resolves To Begin A Run Toward The White House
If 2016 has proven anything it’s the world is a
mighty unpredictable sphere powered by chaos and insanity. The American presidential
election was a reality show the likes of which we’ve never seen, and the result
showed us that it doesn’t take a career – or any semblance of a background
whatsoever – in politics for someone to be elected leader of the free world.
With that being said, if there’s one human being that everyone universally agrees is awesome, it’s Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. Once a mere sports entertainer, The Rock has transitioned into one of the biggest stars in Hollywood and one of the more recognizable faces on the globe.
He’s also an incredibly likable person in an industry known for being full of selfish snakes, and spends a large portion of his free time giving to others and just being an all-around motivating presence. Particularly moving is his commitment to the military and the many charities and actions he spearheads to show appreciation to the men and women in uniform.
You know what that sounds like to me? That sounds presidential as all hell. 2017 needs to be the year that The Rock decides that come next election cycle, he’s going to make America smell what he’s cooking again.
