The reason Vince McMahon is considering so many surprises is because the business is under pressure. Network subscriptions are expected to have dropped significantly. On top of those losses, the Raw viewership has been abysmal in recent weeks. You have to go back seventeen years to find Raw viewership so weak when unopposed by football or holiday celebrations. Thankfully, WWE are actively taking measures to reverse the decline. The creative team have been working hard and fans can expect to see changes in the coming weeks. With Brock Lesnar versus Seth Rollins as the Battleground main event, and Kevin Owens versus John Cena as the co-main event, at the very least fans are guaranteed of a fantastic wrestling spectacle this Sunday.
