4. New Day Vs. Rowan & Bryan Hits The Mark

The bi-weekly Good New Day Tag Team Match is almost becoming a cliché itself. No matter which combination of Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods, and Big E hits the ring, they always seem to deliver, and they were in there with certified wrestling genius Daniel Bryan last night. How could they possibly fail?

Bouts like this will be important if the tag division is to soar again as while the heels' heat section did drag on a little too long, the rest was pure quality. The teams mesh well. Bryan and Rowan's big guy/little guy dynamic is tremendous, particularly when Daniel gets devious, and The New Day are such a great team that WWE must still be years away from entertaining the idea of splitting them.

The conclusion came with E plucked Bryan from the air for a Uranage, before he and Xavier nailed the Midnight Hour for the pin. They looked good. Perhaps this will result in a title shot later down the line, though the post-match brawl muddies the waters somewhat.
