9. Preston Vance
While nowhere near as noteworthy as masked stars like Rey Mysterio and Pentagon, Preston Vance did have his Joker-inspired moment in the sun.
As part of The Dark Order, designated number 10, Vance wore a series of masks that were nothing particularly noteworthy most of the time.
However, in the very same match Penta was dressed as Joker, Vance also entered the AEW Double or Nothing 2021 Casino Battle Royale in a mask with a similar color scheme and obvious clown motif.
This mask and gear would be ruined in a match against Jon Moxley where Vance would be bloodied up, unintentionally quite on brand for The Joker after his run-ins with Batman.
Clearly, Vance is a fan of the Batman franchise, as he's also referenced the villain Two-Face (Aaron Eckhart) from The Dark Knight when he turned heel, dropping a tweet with the iconic quote "You either die a hero, or you live long enough to see yourself become the villain."
Vance eventually stopped wearing a mask altogether, but if he ever decides to return to that attire, maybe we'll see another, possibly darker take on the twisted villain.
