The WWE Universe first witnessed Jeff Hardy taking crazy bumps around 20 years ago when he and his brother Matt battled The Dudley Boyz and Edge and Christian in Tables, Ladders, and Chairs matches. During the late 1990s/early 2000s, both Hardys placed their bodies on the line during their quest to become the best tag team in WWE.

However, Jeff was known to be the “risk taker” of the team, as he frequently performed death-defying dives off ladders, steel cages, and every possible object imaginable to help the team earn the gold. When he was not hitting opponents with Swanton Bombs from the sky, Jeff was at the receiving end of moves such as being speared 20-feet through the air by Edge at WrestleMania X-Seven.

Fast-forward to 2016, and Jeff was still throwing caution to the wind to stay alive during his battles with Broken Matt Hardy. When Jeff/Brother Nero started teaming up with Broken Matt Hardy, he was encouraged to indulge in his “spot monkey addiction” by his brother as the Broken Hardys began the Expedition of Gold. Jeff remained “addicted” when the Hardys returned to WWE in 2017. As seen during his recent fights with Randy Orton, Jeff’s “spot monkey addiction” is not going away anytime soon…
