View this post on Instagram Day 1 I started with my new trainer @sonnybunny723 with the goal of getting stronger. Today she legit kicked my ? in the most positive and motivating way possible ? Strength is a big piece of the puzzle in what I do but there’s a lot more to the story. As many know I broke my collar bone a while back. I essentially gave up on strength, range of motion and some of my goals. I have FULLY healed from my injury. The only things in my way are fear and ME. Time to hit it head on. No excuses. I should be able to do ANYTHING I put my mind to regardless of this past injury...and I will.
