My bulk for professional wrestling has ended, it’s now time to get my six pack back ?? ??. . Here’s a cheeky little ab routine I used to do after sparring: 3 rounds of 3 minutes of abs, play around with front and side planks (weighted if you can) 60 seconds front, 30 seconds per side, 30 seconds of V-Sits, crunches and don’t forget the obliques. Add in whatever ab exercises you like, work for 3 minutes and rest for 60 seconds, do that 3 times.
