But the past two months I have basically been ordered to take it easy as I started a bunch of new meds for Health stuff. I really struggled with it at first, but then I got over the vanity part and just started listening to my body while it heals itself. There’s nothing wrong with slowing down. Or taking a step back. Especially if the goal is to improve your quality of life. Don’t judge yourself based on where you are compared to others or how you stack up because all of our journeys are different.
