The 1995 Royal Rumble featured the appearance of Mantaur, a half-bull, half-human. Let that digest for a moment. All done? Not only did he manage to make it through the creative process and onto WWE television, he actually lasted nearly 10 minutes in the Rumble bout before being tossed by Lex Luger. How anyone ever came to the conclusion that a ridiculous character such as that was a good idea is a mystery, but thankfully enough, the embarrassment of a gimmick disappeared from the company. Not before becoming a footnote in Rumble history, one of the most shameful entrants into an otherwise prestigious bout. Good riddance.
