16 Worst-To-Best Matches Of WWE's Summerslam Weekend

Sasha Banks and Seth Rollins took it to another level.

The easiest statement to make regarding WWE's Summerslam weekend at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY is that it was an unmitigated bell-to-bell success. The roster came ready to perform at a high level, and in many cases stars became superstars and legends made the most of their iconic statuses. Though yes, we can debate some of the finishes to certain matches until the cows come home, that's not why we're here. It's actually quite easy to say that there were 16 solid-to-amazing matches had in WWE this weekend between NXT's stellar Takeover event and WWE's Summerslam. Thus, on the occasion of such an incredible occurrence, it may be wise to actually sit down and rank all sixteen of them, "worst" to best. While again, there are some things that aren't quite clicking in WWE these days, the in-ring work of a group of wrestlers working hard to get over, stay over or break through any number of glass ceilings is evident. From Randy Orton to Ty Dillinger, the Vaudevillians to the New Day, Finn Balor to Seth Rollins and yes, even Steven Amell and Jon Stewart, let's take a look at what was an amazing weekend of pro wrestling.
