Paul Heyman set the bar on Monday's Raw with a slick three-hour show, and it was Eric Bischoff's chance to return fire by booking a worthwhile two-hour SmackDown on Tuesday. Being brutally honest about it, SmackDown wasn't as zippy as Raw this week, and that might be the first time in a good long while that's been the case.

Now for the good news: the show threw up more things you might've missed than the red brand did 24 hours earlier.

We've got 18 gems crammed into this article, and it's a bit of pick n' mix of items. There were production errors (yes, again), some fans showing their distaste for one of 2019's biggest pushes, more talk of murder on WWE programming and refs helping out the workers before SmackDown went off the air.

The harder edge seen on Raw continued too. Just call him 'Stone Cold' Kofi Kingston, or maybe that should be 'Stone Cold' Kevin Owens. KO got the last nod towards Steve Austin in, but his can't claim to be the most memorable.
