2 Former Champions Finally RETURN On AEW Dynamite!

A couple of AEW's most-missed stars walked back into Tony Khan's office on Dynamite.

Thunder Rosa and Miro both returned to AEW television on last night's Dynamite, walking into company founder and president Tony Khan's office in separate backstage segments.

Miro was first to appear, with the former TNT Champion brushing off an interview with Renee Paquette to walk into Khan's office. A few segments later, Thunder Rosa did the same as Paquette was addressing the camera backstage, with the ex-Women's World Champion quipping that it was the right night to get answers from Khan.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, Fightful Select reports these comebacks, as well as others incoming, are "directly tied to the debut of AEW Collision." The long-awaited Saturday show is expected to debut with a soft roster split in mid-June.

Miro has not wrestled for AEW since September 2022, when he teamed with Darby Allin and Sting against the House of Black at All Out. Numerous reports of declined creative plans have followed since, making the former Rusev's absence one of the most curious in the company.

Rosa, meanwhile, has been out even longer, having relinquished her Women's World Championship due to injury last August. Her last match came on the 10th of that month.
