Triple H's empty WrestleMania headliner against Roman Reigns' was the second time 'The Big Dog' had been shunted into the top spot against the will of the 'WWE Universe', but the third case of 'The Game' misunderstanding the rules of what made a match a worthy headliner.
A lumbering and formulaic brawl that didn't expose Triple H enough against his youthful opponent, the match was another gross over-estimation of the crowd's fraying patience with the forceful Reigns main event push, and yet more conclusive proof that 'The Game' wasn't the man to help him over the line.
Chants for "NXT" and "Nakamura" from the Dallas masses told the WWE Champion where audiences really wanted his full attention to be paid, but it was too late - the ego had yet again landed, and in the centre of a WrestleMania ring.
