During some weeks, it can feel like a chore to be a fan of professional wrestling. There's so much content to watch and much of it lacks coherent direction. That was not the case over the past seven days.

WWE put on a solid Pay-Per-View last Sunday with Hell In A Cell. Many rivalries ended in entertaining contests. Then on the next night's episode of Raw, five matches were contested between great talent to see who would be crowned the new Number One Contender. Most of the in action in ring had purpose, and it helped that the wrestling was solid.

Even on TNA, their World Title Series puts that brand in a position where every match has long term value. The points system and the groupings of talent is sensible and it makes Impact consistently good at this point.

What's going on here?

Overall, wrestling is good at the moment. That leads to more enjoyable time bell to bell and more spots that need to be seen. In addition to the aforementioned Hell In A Cell, Raw, and Impact, NXT, Smackdown, and Ring Of Honor are also sifted through to find the best moments that could be condensed into brief .gif images.

Twenty can't-miss spots follow, but sadly 19 of them do not include The Miz getting a pumpkin superkicked off of his head.

20. They Must've Practiced This One

In one of many qualifying matches that WWE put on Monday night, Kofi Kingston and Roman Reigns had this sequence of very seamless counters.

Kofi dove off the top ropes but missed Roman. Reigns then charged at him and smoothly snaked around to roll him up. Instead of pinning the New Day member, he lifted him up and performed this one-armed sitout slam.

This and the main event is how Roman should be presented. He's not bad in the ring and accomplishes way more for himself when he's administering power moves rather than trying to work his way through a way too long promo.
