Even though the latest AEW Dynamite's overall viewership was down 14% from last week's, that still didn't stop the show coming away with another satisfying win over Triple H's baby. On top of this week's Wednesday Night Whooping, Chris Jericho also realised that AEW recently beat the mighty Monday Night Raw in the all important 18-34 demographic in all three of the red show's featured hours.
Away from the statistical world of viewing figures, though, it was business as usual for All Elite Wrestling as Kenny Omega and 'Hangman' Adam Page retained their AEW Tag Team titles against Jurassic Express, AEW World Champion Jon Moxley jumped his All Out challenger MJF, and Cody successfully defended his TNT Championship against Scorpio Sky...with Mike Chioda acting as referee!
That, and FTR murdered the The Rock N' Roll Express.
But, for the second week in a row, the undoubted MVP of the AEW week was that nonchalant citrus sensation Orange Cassidy as he picked up the biggest win of his career over 'Le Champion'.
Then, just when you thought you knew what you were getting with this diverse concoction of wrestling goodness, they've only gone and moved Dynamite over to Saturday night for a week! Oh, that's the same night of NXT Takeover XXX? Fancy that...
