That total match time means that your average Elimination Chamber match lasts just over 31 minutes. But of course, some of them have gone on for much longer than that.
In fact, the longest ever Elimination Chamber match on record was the very first one itself. It was Shawn Michaels who would emerge victorious, outlasting a star-studded line-up including Triple H, Booker T, Kane, Chris Jericho and Rob Van Dam to win the World Heavyweight Championship in a time of 39 minutes and 22 seconds.
And while that figure has yet to be trumped, last year’s effort of 37 minutes and 33 seconds was the closest we’ve come to it since.
