20 WWE Women's Wrestlers You Totally Don't Remember

14. Joy Giovanni

Joy Giovanni, like countless others, profited from WWE’s habit of signing attractive fitness models with no prior wrestling experience, and she’s just one of a number of short-tenured women to pass through WWE’s Diva Search platform.

First appearing in 2004, Giovanni earned a contract through the search, and initially debuted as a massage therapist and guest bell-ringer on SmackDown. She found herself subject to Luther Reigns’ lustful advances early-on, before engaging in a feud with Amy Weber that also saw her serve as The Big Show’s on-screen girlfriend.

As if that wasn’t enough, Joy was kidnapped in January 2005 and later found bound and gagged in JBL’s limo. Giovanni was named WWE’s 2005 Rookie Diva of the Year, but she vanished from WWE television shortly after, and was released in July. She now works as a chiropractor in Los Angeles, with her last WWE appearance coming at 2009’s WrestleMania XXV.
