Jimmy Hart has made silly decisions in his career, from managing Brutus The Barber Beefcake to dressing as Peggy Sue for The Honky Tonk Man, but deciding to hit Meng over the head with a wooden chair might just be his dumbest move ever. Hart hits the Face of Fear man THREE times with the chair and it has no effect whatsoever. As you can see, Meng looks enraged but, sadly, we didn't get to see him beat up The Mouth of The South.
