22 WTF Moments From WWE SmackDown (May 26)

We finally found a new Hogan/Andre!

The first SmackDown since WWE revealed the brand extension is coming back... although, since the show was taped on Tuesday and the announcement was made Wednesday, I'm not expecting much fanfare.

Neverthless, this one looked like being slightly more monumental than normal as it was the first SmackDown back for Seth Rollins. As we're all well aware, The Architect opened approximately 1253 consecutive SmackDowns with a 20 minute promo while he was WWE World Heavyweight Champion. I'd fully expect him to be doing the same this time round.

We also had two 'huge' championship matches to look forward to where neither championship was likely to change hands... because it's SmackDown, and not too many people watch the show.

Kalisto would be trying to win back his United States Championship from Rusev, while Cesaro was in-line for a title shot at The Miz's Intercontinental Title after pinning the Awesome one on this week's RAW...

Other than those potentially pulse raising moments, we're surely set for some Money in the Bank build up, with a couple of qualifying matches taking centre stage.

Of course, you all know the score by now, there were those moments that had me screaming WTF! Here's 22 of them... and because this is SmackDown, expect plenty of signage. I'm sorry.

I know Sasha has been missing from out television screens for a while now, but it's with good reason.

The Boss is recovering from a massive - well, I read it was pretty big on the internet where there are NO lies - concussion suffered at a live event when a referee kneed her in the head.

There's not much we, nor WWE can do here. We just need to sit it out, be patient and hope she can make a full recovery in her own time.

That return promises to be special though... it'll be worth the wait. I promise.
