(In my case, I have been building a foundation in weight lifting and training since I was 14years old and I’ve managed to be able to maintain my body composition. Everyone is different. My point is that it’s still possible) . Here’s what’s changed: . I feel better physically, mentally and spiritually. Everything seems to be more connected. . I feel more intune with my own energy and the energies that surround me. . Colors are brighter. Sounds are louder. . I am a part of something much bigger than myself. A part of huge change in humanity. . I have more compassion, even for the ant carrying a crumb to it’s mound. . Not all of these things come with just being Vegan but becoming Vegan was the first step to a lot of incredible transformations. . If you’re thinking about going Vegan, don’t be discouraged by not knowing what to eat or how to live. There’s a huge community of people and knowledge to support you. . If you don’t want to be “one of those Vegans” that try to shame or pressure others for their lifestyle, then Don’t be that person. . For people who are Vegan and believe so much in the cause; Share information about our climate change, animal agriculture, food waste, deforestation etc in a way that does not shame someone for their choices or lifestyle. THAT is what creates conflict and finger pointing. None of that leads to true change other than furthering the gap. #plantbased #Vegan #poweredbyplants #change #energies #StillJackedtho #Veganaf #BrickShitHouse A post shared by Celeste ?
