Boobs. Breasts. Tiggers. Jugs. Skin. Fat. Tissue. Muscle. Sexy. Food. Curves. Comfort. Infant. Baby. Child. Teen. Young Adult. Adult. Girlfriend. Fiancé. Wife. Mother. Grandmother. People got mad about my instagram post about Mara Martin feeding her child while walking the runway for Swim week in Miami. Your outrage is unreasonable. So, because I like to educate the ignorant, here is another Instagram post of me breastfeeding and also posing for Playboy. Both I’m proud of. Both serve a purpose. If you don’t like it, don’t look at it. The objectification of a woman’s body does not come from the woman, it comes from the viewer of the image/body. You can see beauty or ugliness. I do not make that choice. But you choose to follow me. You choose to comment or insult. I have an incredible fan base that has followed me since I was a Diva. Has seen me young, older, pregnant, skinny, single, married, mothering, etc and still choose to stay on this journey with me. I don’t need people to criticize my views and values because that will not change them. We can have a conversation or debate about the merits of conservative values or liberal beliefs as long as it is constructive and well thought out. But this irrational insulting of someone making a statement about being a woman in all her titles/roles/facets I do not believe is a valued form of communication. It is not a way to live your life. I was a quick tempered young adult but I realized it just makes you look like a fool. So, I make a choice to educate myself and others to become a responsible, forgiving, and well rounded human. Which again you can choose not to follow.
