View this post on Instagram What is your fav muscle group to train ? ⠀ For me it’s my back. My back has always been my strongest and most conditioned part of my body, this includes my lats, rear delts, and traps. ⠀ ⠀ Genetics does play a large role in muscle development, but even as a teenager when I started lifting, my back was my strong suit. I remember being able to do the entire stack of weights on lat pull-down and row machines in my early 20’s *Obv with poor form lol. Now I train with controlled reps and worry less about the amount of weight I am moving. ⠀ One exercise that has been helpful in developing my upper back, believe it or not, is Deadlifts.
