If there's one thing we can all take away from the Saudi Arabian PPV, Crown Jewel, it's that they don't do things by halves. Well, unless you're talking about the roster. The tron was enormous, the seating arrangements unprecedented and both the winner and the host a little... preposterous.

Now that it's out of the way and we can stop wondering if it's going ahead at all, we can look ahead to the future, where things will be different. Or the same, judging by the hints of The Rock headlining WrestleMania 35. Other big matches on the rumour mill have Shinsuke Nakamura and Seth Rollins set up for Survivor Series and Drew Galloway and Braun Strowman lined up for TLC. So at least some things are new.

Meanwhile, Stephanie McMahon railed against the Crown Jewel fallout by hinting at a female tag title soon as well as WWE apparently wanting Serena Williams to be their next big female signing. So at least they haven't forgotten all of their obligations to their female fans.
