View this post on Instagram Look, at the end of the day, health and fitness is about more than just how many hours you spend at the gym and how healthy your diet is. It’s also about balance, moderation and ENJOYING YOUR LIFE!! ? I love being strong, I love being fit, and I love looking like I work hard for my physique—but right now, I’m also loving this plastic cup of wine on the coast of Italy. ? I’ve been working my ass off for the last few months, so I needed this break badly!! I want to thank EVERYONE who voted for me throughout this entire Ms. Health and Fitness competition. You have no clue how much it means to me and the notes I’ve gotten from so many of you have been so meaningful. Happy to serve as an inspiration and whether or not I win, I promise big things are coming your way in terms of the guidance and direction I can bring to your lives fitness-wise. Love you all!!! ? if you care to vote (with 11 hours remaining), link is in my bio ☺️ A post shared by ✧ Charly Caruso // Arnolt ✧ (@charlyontv) on Aug 21, 2019 at 8:07am PDT
