As we come to the end of yet another eventful week in the barmy company known as World Wrestling Entertainment, we now remarkably find ourselves just seven days away from yet another WWE PPV. Time flies when you're having fun, I guess. Or at least when Retribution aren't on our screens.
But the once exciting and now deeply hilarious (for all the wrong reasons) hooded crew did end up making their presence known on this week's red show and suffered a double Drew McIntyre/Keith Lee over the top rope senton and beating from the hands of the coolest faction in the land (The Hurt Business in case you needed reminding) for doing so.
Away from Monday Night, though, NXT brought us a quietly impressive match between Shotzi Blackheart and NXT Women's Champion Io Shirai and left us wanting more with the promise of two monumental number one contendership contests on next week's show.
Then, on Friday Night SmackDown, The Big Dog joshed around with his cousin before subtly growling at him from the ring, foreshadowing a rather worrying conclusion for Jey Uso come Clash of Champions (GOLD RUSH!).
