Drew Gulak has been campaigning for a second opportunity to challenge Cedric Alexander for the championship, and he finally got his wish on this week's episode of 205 Live. Following he and Gentleman Jack Gallagher defeating Cedric and Akira Tozawa, general manager Drake Maverick awarded Drew with the match he's been demanding.

Since becoming a more prominent member of the 205 Live roster, Drew Gulak has become a focal point on the weekly shows. His loss to Alexander in his first championship challenge on the SummerSlam pre-show came as a surprise, especially considering the phenomenal form Gulak had been on in the preceding weeks. The fact that he's been given another opportunity to pry the gold away from Cedric is a promising factor.
