5 Biggest Winners & Losers From WWE In 2024
8. Winner: Liv Morgan
Who would have thought Liv Morgan would be the primary focal point of the Raw women's division for essentially the entire year and still be on top as its reigning champion heading into 2025?
While she's had success before, cashing in her Money in the Bank briefcase to win her first world title in 2022, she had a rough 2023 and bounced back from her injury hiatus with The Liv Morgan Revenge Tour. This angle of getting back at Rhea Ripley for causing her injury, subsequently injuring Ripley herself in the process, and taking that heat into beating Becky Lynch for the Women's World Championship was a blessing in disguise.
By now, Morgan and Ripley have reached a status where they are among each other's greatest career enemies, and Morgan's spent all of 2024 retaining her title by hook or by crook, stealing away Dominik Mysterio, becoming a de facto leader of The Judgment Day, reaffirming her friendship with Raquel Rodriguez who is now acting as her bodyguard for extra protection, and has also won the Crown Jewel Championship to further establish her as a legit champion, rather than someone who won the title on a fluke like the last time.
