5 Fights To Make After UFC 247

3. Dan Ige Vs. Arnold Allen

If you're looking for a division to keep an eye on over the next 12 months then the 145lb weight class might be your smartest bet. Not only is the top-15 full of world class fighters, the savages bubbling up underneath are just as impressive. One of the fighters currently climbing up the division's ranks is talented Hawaiian, Dan Ige.

He won a very close split decision victory over Mirsad Bektic, proving that he had the skills to hang with the higher echelon of featherweight talent. Now that he's passed that test, he'll need a suitable challenge to see if he can make it into the top-15 and the perfect candidate to test him for that is Arnold Allen.

Allen looked wonderful in his last battle against Nik Lentz, utilising his jab perfectly and using his superior footwork to keep the veteran wrestler at bay. They would both be the most dangerous match-up either have faced in their career so far and would definitely be an entertaining scrap.
