Jay White became the latest to walk through Tony Khan's "forbidden door" on Dynamite midweek.

In a funny moment, Khan rushed to ink a deal with White when he realised that hey...free agent Keith Lee wasn't walking through any cross-company barriers by wrestling Isiah Kassidy. So, 'Switchblade' showed up and now has something going with The Young Bucks and Adam Cole.

On Rampage, White showed face again and AEW revealed who he'll be wrestling in his very first match for the company. What's more, that bout will take place on next week's show - this is a big get for Rampage, and it shows that All Elite bosses still give a damn about the third hour.

Friday's episode was a solid one, but people have come to expect that. Although there are still some annoying negatives to report, they're minimal and have more to do with maximising the one-hour timeframe than anything else. Besides, fans had two cracking tags to enjoy, and both were rather different in terms of styles too.

Big shoutout to the women's roster for bringing it this week too. That was kinda needed after some sorry showings on Dynamite, to be honest.
