Downs...

3. Nothing For Roman Or Cody?!

There's a caveat to this moan.

WWE did complete the build towards their Bad Blood tag match before reaching Tennessee, but it would've been nice to have something from Roman Reigns or Cody Rhodes on the show. They were conspicuous by their twin absence despite being part of SmackDown's biggest match on the next PLE, and any show without the pair of them is going to feel less than.

That's just the way it is. It felt kinda weird that Cody didn't even drop by to cut a promo or take in the main event ladder bout. Literally anything would've been better than the awkward glances from fans about where exactly the two biggest babyfaces on Friday nights were. Maybe they did a Dennis Stamp and spat the dummy because they weren't booked.

People are pretty used to Roman taking days off, but Rhodes is a workhorse. Granted, Triple H doesn't need to necessarily cram every major star he can think off on broadcasts every single week, but...there were far too many big names missing from this one.
