5 Ups & 4 Downs From WWE Hall Of Fame 2025 (Results & Review)

Triple H dominates ceremony with lengthy induction, Hart/Austin lavish praise on each other.

Of all the WWE Hall of Fame ceremonies the company has ever had, this was certainly one of them.

What else is there to say about a three-and-a-half-hour event where nearly half the program is dedicated to praising one person, who also happens to be one of the company’s head honchos?

Triple H dominated Friday night’s ceremony, getting a video package mid-show to remind everyone of the main event, and then having a video/induction/acceptance trifecta that consumed the last 90 minutes of the event. However humble HHH’s remarks might have been, the sheer volume of time negated that.

Overall, the ceremony was a positive departure from last year’s debacle, where fans filed out in droves after the headliner (Paul Heyman) led off the event, forcing WWE to turn the house lights down dramatically and ask fans to move down from the upper levels to fill out the lower bowl.

The event also featured several heartwarming moments involving inductees, including Lex Luger rising from the wheelchair he has been confined to for years and giving his remarks while standing.

WWE also debuted a great idea by inducting an “Immortal Moment” for the first time, which will hopefully allow them to avoid filling out these ceremonies with less-deserving superstars and instead focusing on the truly outstanding.

Let’s get to it…
