3. Dull And Plodding Elimination Match

After watching the war that was Becky Lynch versus Charlotte Flair, the men’s elimination Survivor Series match was one hell of a letdown.

On paper, it looked like the match could be really fun and leave open the possibility of a dominating performance by someone like Drew McIntyre or Bobby Lashley, or a surprise showing from someone like Austin Theory.

Instead, it was a pretty tame match with an extremely dull opening segment with one wrestler in peril while everyone on the other team tagged in and out with basic moves. It almost felt like they were doing this to cool down the crowd and pad out the match time. But it was a snoozer.

Things didn’t get interesting until Sheamus and Jeff Hardy started doing tandem offense, but even that little bit of fun didn’t last long, as Sheamus got eliminated and turned on Hardy.

All in all, it was a completely forgettable Survivor Series match that will fade into nothing by Monday morning.
