Does anyone else get the sense that Natalya is a temporary champion who is only there so Carmella has someone more established to cash in on? WWE presumably felt a Money In The Bank moment featuring Naomi was too obvious, which is why the SmackDown Women's Title has been moved to Natalya.

Don't expect the Canadian to suddenly turn babyface though, because that's unnecessary. No, the only reason Carmella would cash in on Natalya is so she has somebody credible to crow about beating. That's a good thing too, because the 'Princess Of Staten Island' needs all the help she can get if she's going to succeed as champion.

Naomi will get the old 'contractually obliged rematch' treatment, possibly as soon as the next episode of SmackDown. That is where Carmella is most likely to strike. WWE made a big deal out of teasing a cash in at SummerSlam, so it's bound to happen soon.
