6 Ups & 1 Down From AEW Dark (Sep 8)

2. Sonny Kiss vs. Serpentico

Serpentico Sonny Kiss
AEW

A neat little All Out follow-up, here. The Luther-aligned Serpentico fell to Joey Janela on the pay-per-view's Buy In pre-show, entering a competitive performance in defeat. Here, he looked to get one over on 'The Bad Boy' via his tag team partner, Sonny Kiss, who looked great.

This was a notch or two above the All Out bout, thanks primarily to 'The Concrete Rose.' Kiss looks better and better every time out. He is evolving into a complete professional wrestler before our eyes and demonstrates fluidity beyond his five years of experience, transitioning through each bout's various stages without ever losing control. Certainly, he isn't a finished product yet - but he's well on his way.
