6 Ups & 3 Downs From Last Night's WWE NXT (11 Sept)
4. Sweet Dreams
WWE
As your writer noted in last week's review, the burning of Velveteen Dream's sofa by Roderick Strong didn't quite capture the imagination of the Full Sail audience anymore than it did make an impression on the broadcast, but the raw footage was guaranteed to serve as quality video package fodder if and when the group needed it.
This, was that.
As the coolest guy in the room, Dream wasn't burned by his scorched couch, but did at least sell the frustration with the arrogance Strong had in even going near one of his prized possessions in the first place. This will be enough for The Undisputed Era member as he aims to complete the quadruple for the group on NXT's (latest) biggest night ever.
